Job Description:

The Company TS&D (Technology, Strategy, and Development) designs, develops, and delivers applications for use, our Business Partners, and end customers. These tools include alarming, business intelligence, event-based notifications, product health checks, product connectivity, and provisioning.

The STARS (Services Tools and Applications Remote Support) team is the 24×7 support team within Company TS&D. STARS is responsible for deploying, administering, monitoring, and maintaining applications in Company IT environments. STARS also provide break/fix support for end users of these applications (internal associates, business partners, and end customers).

The STARS team is looking for an engineer to join the team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, the STARS engineer will be responsible for:

·         Level 4/Tier 4 support. Participating in 24×7 Support rotation
·         Working with end users to resolve their issues
·         Diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues
·         Deploying and maintaining applications in production
·         Providing feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS EE or CS or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge/Experience with Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows Vista development trouble isolation and administration
